HONESTY, INTEGRITY & RELIABILITY
We’re a locally owned business in Colorado since 2006, started by Phil Crout and Jake Parker. Our services include residential and commercial roofing as well as gutter, painting, siding and window replacement. We also specialize in all aspects of the insurance claim process, from initial settlement, to final invoicing.
In contrast to the large national storm restoration businesses, we have chosen to remain a relatively smaller company that prefers to do a lower volume of highly select projects and referral business impeccably and with a personal touch. Because of this, we are able to consistently deliver a superior finished product.
We have two primary installation teams that do all of our work in both the off-season as well as the storm season, and they are fully insured. When the storm season arrives, we don’t hire outside crews whose workmanship is unproven and insurance coverage is unknown, in order to meet the increased storm condition demands. This is far too common in our business, and as a result, unsuspecting homeowners are most often the recipient of an inferior finished product.
Since our inception, our focus has always been to deliver a superior finished product, giving attention to all coordination details while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. We are also very proud of the number of impact resistant product upgrades we have provided, at no additional cost, to our customers over the years. Our aim is to leave the restored project with a higher grade of finish than what previously existed.
We generally restore 150 projects per year. By comparison, a large company will “mass produce” that many jobs in one month during the storm season by running a large number of crews simultaneously. This lends itself to high stress work environments where the focus tends to be production volume rather than on individual quality . Our approach is to do fewer jobs but to do each of them meticulously.
I, Phil Crout, personally guaranty that we will meet or exceed your expectations on your project. If at any time you feel that we have fallen short on delivering that promise, I will meet with you to discuss what we can do to make it right, and we will address your concern promptly.
