The PJC Construction Owners:

About Phil Crout:

phil2I moved to Colorado in 1993. I came west from my home state of NJ to attend the business school at the University of Colorado in Boulder, from which I graduated in 1997. After graduating from CU, I obtained my real estate license while working for a private real estate investment group that owned and operated a national portfolio of apartment buildings. I was involved in both sourcing and underwriting of prospective acquisitions. After 7 years in Boulder, I moved to Denver and went to work for a well respected commercial real estate firm. Eventually, I got involved in the commercial lending side of the business where I arranged financing for commercial real estate throughout the country. I got into construction back in 2006 while buying distressed properties and renovating them in order to resell them. Out of that experience, the introduction came to insurance claim related property restoration and what has become PJC Construction.
When I’m not working I am involved in two non-profit programs, Youthbiz and the Wounded Warrior Project. At Youthbiz I work with high school aged aspiring entrepreneurs helping them to create and actually build their own small businesses. I also love mountain biking, traveling and spending time with my friends and family.
